ELPCOC
As the ‘shelter in place’ orders has been extended until May 31, please, continue to stay at home, worship at home, and use the methods provided to communicate with one another. We remain committed to keeping the building closed until it is lawful to meet again.
We believe it is our service to the Lord to show our respect for authority (1 Peter 2:13-17) and to demonstrate our love for one another by following the health guidelines that we have been given.
Just as Jesus had compassion on the sick and used His healing powers to rid people of diseases, we should do what we can to take care of each other. We are not all doctors, nurses, and health workers, but we can assist them with prayers, and trying to keep our temples safe and healthy.
We pray that we will maintain unity and be able to strengthen and encourage each and every member in ways that are safe and healthy.
When the restrictions are relaxed, we want to be ready to do what it takes to start meeting again, without compromising your health and the health of our families and neighbors.
Pray that we will be able to meet again soon.
Thank you for your patience and endurance during this crisis!
God bless each one! Take care!
